出差入住的酒店，其实酒店整体性价比还是不错的，但是入住第二晚在酒店出现了低血糖的症状，给酒店前台打电话希望能给送来一小碟白糖沏杯水缓解一下症状，前台听完就只跟我说“厨房下班了，没有”，然后就直接挂断了电话。瞬间感觉这酒店前台服务员服务实在太差劲了！她难道不知道低血糖症状严重者可能会死人的吗？！估计那天晚上我要真死在屋里都没人知道！压根就没人理会客人的死活！那名服务员的服务意识真是需要好好培训一下！
