酒店性价比很高，周边很偏僻，但离高铁站很近，去高铁站的车子也很多。酒店设施齐全，就是八点去吃早饭时早饭已基本没有了

对酒店前台严重不满，因为国庆假期入住人多，给的房间和实际订房严重不满！！！和前台交涉居然前台提出让我换酒店入住！房间卫生巾门存在安全隐患，下次不会入住了

干净卫生，房间较小，周边餐饮很多，挺方便，离景点都不远，不收押金挺好的，省得押金条不慎丢失引起不便，下次还会考虑入住

环境挺好的，家里老公和孩子都喜欢住，已经住过2次了，以后有机会会继续订住，比较价廉物美的酒店，值得推荐！

对这家酒店简直无语，到了前台告知没有房间了，太可笑了。酒店前台说换他们旗下另一家酒店，我也不为难他们也同意了，结果到了另一家酒店，房间只有20多平米，我顶的是行政大床房B，介绍里明明说43平米，酒店还死鸭子嘴硬说：介绍上面43平米，实际也就是只有20几平米，简直欺诈！！还有价格，后来换的这家酒店明明比鲁越大酒店便宜，他们还硬说都是一样的价格，我又不瞎！！

离绍兴北站打车五六分钟，前台态度很好，帮忙叫了去鲁镇柯岩的车，晚上房间看夜景不错，酒店里面的餐厅服务很好价格不算贵，房间干净设施很新，唯一不足是隔音不太好，隔壁房间打麻将很吵。

酒店环境挺好的，房间干净整洁，就是离市中心有点远，周围有吃饭的饭店，关键是位置好，离火车站近，出行方便。
