前台服务态度恶劣，我看房间墙壁发霉要换个房间他说不行，后来給同程打电话后同意换房，既然你有房间为什么一开始跟我说没空房？什么三星，估计假的。

交通方便，绍兴高铁北站有公交车到笛阳路步行街下过廊桥即到，去柯岩景区有公交805路直达，去绍兴市鲁迅故里酒店的前面马路口有5路车，客房整洁卫生，热水充足，中央空调控温方便，早餐品种蛮多的，各种点心味道好香，服务员热情，是性价比高的住所!
