冲着所谓的4星去的，结果都想哭！前台一副藐视天下的表情，还要我先和她打招呼，然后一副公事公办的样子开了房，进了门打开空调，就好似开了个小发动机，那声音轰隆轰隆，祈求般打了电话问前台，声音怎么这么响，来了一服务员说空调都有响声的，这话我同意，但再有响声也不至于响成像一发动机吧！然后就是卫生间水池，都是霉斑留下来的黑印痕！房间地毯角落处厚厚的一层灰，最最奇葩的是第二天早餐，竟然发现了一只小强，我叫了服务员，服务员充耳不闻…… 啊啊啊！这是什么鬼四星酒店！ 想想优点吧！靠那个银泰商业中心不远，购物方便！酒店的停车位比较多！
一次非常失望的住宿体验😢

酒店在绍兴老城区，位置不错，和咸亨大酒店相距不远。性价比高。房间很大，周围是小区，安静。门口各路公交去景点非常方便。给个赞👍。
