退房不能过12点 一超过就收钱 打电话商量没用 不够人性化 关键上次入住 前台就说1点退也没事 只要提早说就OK 看来前台的培训需要加强 酒店退房时间都不统一 基本业务知识不行 到店办理入住 跟他们说了有预定 似乎没做入系统 是翻本子找的 差不多十分钟后拿到房卡 何况5天前订的 建议酒店加强前台 虽然价格实惠 但是前台的服务也要跟得上
