房间空调很响，像是电热水壶烧水快烧开的时候的声音，浴缸的下水非常慢，最最恶心的是，我的衣服拉在了房间的衣柜里，退房当天打电话回去竟然说没有，白天都没有钟点房，我们住的第二晚也没有其他人入住，怎么就能没有了呢，都怪我自己粗心，不过有这种爱占便宜的服务员，让我觉得很恶心，下次不会考虑

最开始的房间空调不给开，宾馆的空调总开关被关了，自己花钱住的宾馆凭什么不给开空调，即使天气正常，空调无法使用也是莫名的恼火！消费者该享有的权利凭什么不给满足？？？非要一伙人反应了八九点才给开？？？还有酒店前台，打总台电话永远打不进，用自己手机打总台倒是接的麻利，下去看总台，坐在角落不知道在干嘛？？这就是舜泉宾馆，标注三星该有的服务态度吗？
