到酒店时同程显示的是三楼，但给我们的房是豪华双床房，说是给我们升级了。晚上睡觉到半夜起来上厕所，顿时感到很闷好热，一看空调怎么没反应了，于是打总台电话也打不了，直接用手机打通了。反映此事总台说是区域的关系，一部分停了，说拿电风扇上来，等了20分钟也没见电风扇，来了个人说是开关弄了下，又有了，估计风扇找不到，临时开的吧，弄的我们半夜都没怎么睡好。结房时跟酒店人员提起此事，说是部分维修关了，又得到不同的说法，估计是为了省电吧，无语！这升级的房居然连空调也保证不了，只能呵呵了！

感觉一般般吧！还算过的去了，毕竟价格也不算很贵，酒店虽然四星级的，但是设备比较陈旧了，服务态度不错。

环境设施比较完备，性价比很高，还提供早餐，还提供免费接送高铁站的业务，不过我来的时候没有用接站，交通88路直接到鲁迅故里，比较方便。

这个酒店给我留下深刻的印象，虽然有些不符合我意的地方，但总的来说，还是很好的！送站，接站，省去客人找酒店的时间，这点非常棒！

就是没有窗户，其他都很好，因为白天也不在酒店里面呆着，感觉到预定这个性价比超级高的房间，太划算啦，下次首选这个房间，可惜就几间房。
