酒店设施和卫生都不错，价格也适中。距离鲁迅故居走路也就五分钟的路程，在酒店窗户上可以俯视整个景点。

虽然旧了，看得出来，当年的装修标准还是不低的。很可惜的是“软件服务”不是很到位，员工的培训明显不够，有那种老国营单位的感觉。房间异味也不开窗通风；洗手间尿味就更明显了，应该用水清洗地面才是。早上8:00过道就有人“亮嗓子嚎，也无人制止，不知道是清洁工还是住客。”8:20吸尘器就开始工作了，这显然是工作人员，想早休息下班也不能这样来吧。

酒店位置离鲁迅故里景点很近，方便出游。设置全，住15楼，清爽干净，室内空间大，还有懒人沙发，免费瓶装水等，自助早餐比较丰富，最关键的是免费停车场在酒店旁边，适合自驾游。
