这家酒店是这几年出差住过的服务最差的酒店！外面下着大雨，想借把伞，没有！回答的干脆利索，丝毫没有想帮助顾客的愿望。洗头发自带的某某旅行网的小瓶，退房时落在酒店浴缸上，几小时后打电话给前台，落实后竟然说没有看见，无奈，找前台负责再反应，得到的答复是服务员扔了，无语。更可恨的是刷预授权要取消时，前台说没必要再刷卡，他们每天都会和银行对帐，不会超过一天就会取消，但是9月14号的事，到现在9月28号还没有取消。真是最差至极！

还行，交通比较方便，在市中心;但是设施比较陈旧，还有就是地毯确实不敢恭维。希望能适时改新。要对得起4星级酒店。
