酒店在绍兴的客运中心站的边上，出去绍兴市区比较方便，也是这个问题酒店的成立时间较久，所以酒店的房间设施有些旧，有些粉尘。

酒店位置不错，离鲁迅故里那些热闹的区域很近。设施卫生一般，刚进房间都有股味道，开了很久的门窗通风之后才好点。空调被固定了温度，想调高也不行。早餐也很一般，将就能吃。过年去的，房价比平时贵了一倍，性价比不高，平时房价200多。就这设施和早餐，也就值200多一天了。以后还是不太会入住
