商务出行还可以，卫生也挺干净，周边购物方便，交通顺畅，停车场也安全。只是装修有点陈旧，早餐过于简单，没什么好吃的。

酒店还可以，但是艺龙客服很坑！一味的拖延，真是受够了！最开始订的酒店，查无此地，客服居然给我退订单就完事了！你们艺龙这样的服务，还会有人用你们的app吗？

真的很差，我携程网订的，去前台，前台找不到我携程订的记录，搞来搞去，弄了10几分钟，后来叫我订单号给她看，第一次碰到这样的，去楼上，被子很脏，从新叫服务员换了下，早上的早餐真的很差，品种少的可怜，最好笑的的一件事，早上去吃早餐服务员3个人在打牌，第一次碰到这样，早上不好好接待客户吃早餐，这几个服务员围在一起打牌，这样的管理模式，没话说。好处就是离步行街近，别的很差。
