床太软了，床头位置都已经被坐塌了，睡觉时头位置低，感觉整个人是凹进去的，难受。半夜换了一个方向睡的，才舒服点。

凌晨抵达，经过一轮的波折终于成功入住，并且入住房号818，意味着要发一发，哈哈哈哈，前台小姐姐廷很热情，第二天早餐不错 还挺丰富，煮粉面的阿姨还贴心问问有没有吃饱等等，第二天退房还有小礼物赠送给我家小bb，太可爱了。

酒店整体风格，客房布局设计和施工都非常非常美～好。有地下停车场。房间颜色布局都非常舒适，没有异味。
为了酒店未来发展，提几点建议：提高整体管理水平（硬件不输万枫，但软件还有很大空间提升）
举例：服务人员都喜欢大声说话，前台办入住时，其他人嘻哈聊天。早八点多，走廊里清洁工作人员热火朝天欢声笑语乒乒乓乓开始了新的一天工作。电梯里地毯颜色不适合而且清洁不到位。

酒店不错，中式宫廷风，在网上选酒店就被图片吸引到了，到了酒店发现和图片一模一样，大厅风格很强烈，前台小姐姐服务特别的热情周到，到房间后，发现她们的细节做得很到位，有免费的零食，茶饮。还有床特别舒服，那个大枕头我是超级喜欢的。还有九点半的免费夜宵，这个很贴心。值得赞一个，

听说这个酒店服务很好才过来体验一下，非常喜欢这个酒店的装修风格，前台的小姐姐服务特别好，很贴心，有什么事找前台帮忙她们都会很积极，小姐姐都很漂亮可爱， 楼上搞卫生的大姐服务也是真的好，吃早餐的时候已经快10点了，厨房大姐等我们吃完了才收拾，很满意这次体验，以后在邵阳住宿首选这里。

前台服务特别好 小姐姐们都很热情 尤其是多多小姐姐 漂亮可爱 酒店环境跟设施都非常不错 有早餐和夜宵 性价比很高 下次出差还会选择这里
