空调不好！昨天住进来的时候没空调，打电话到前台说跳闸啦！今天早上起床还是没空调，一直在吹冷风！打电话到前台，说设置了暂停！办完事回来还是没空调，打电话到前台还是说设备了，房间里面才10多度，冷死我啦！这酒店空调也是没谁啦！在空调在方面最差的一次体验！

周边环境在马路边，床很舒服！空调给力！服务态度丰常棒！！！我身份证丢了，以为丢在酒店，但是事实却没有丢在酒店，服务员一遍一遍的帮我找，我走了，还打电话向我确认！非常感动！！
