入住时我交了500元押金，居然退的时候却是300，结果是他们服务员把我的押金入到另外一客户名下了，这服务这管理也是绝了！

服务意识很差！我订的是标准双人间，上面明明写了大床或双床选择。酒店服务小姐硬坚持说双人间顾名思义就是两间床。我问那你们为什么在网上要标注可以大床。她说你自己找艺龙，不关他们的事。如果我一定要大床，那就加钱。最后没办法只能加钱给她们。但再也不会去这个垃圾酒店了
