优点：酒店比较新，房间相对大；
缺点：1、位置太偏僻，在新区，周边没餐饮；
2、服务太差劲，第一次遇到这么烂服务的国际品牌五星级酒店，晚上到酒店，房费已经提前网付了，到前台要我刷500押金，点餐，只有3样，价格对接一线城市，但是品质一般般，送餐人员点名要我付现金，让我不愉快，不是已经刷了500押金了，为什么不能挂房费里；小农思想，多要两瓶矿泉水还要说收费，难道湖南也缺水干旱？最气愤的，第二天早间退房，我已经说明昨晚点餐已经付现金了，除了茶包咖啡包没有其他消费，等我离开，竟然莫名其妙扣我72元费用，也不通知我一下，电话回去问，说我消费迷你吧4个饮料了，我强调昨晚看到小冰箱是空的，对方没有道歉，只说让服务员去核实再给我答复，结果等了半小时依然没有回复，无奈之下再打过去还是老样，因为着急离开邵阳，再次电话过去质问对方是否查清楚，前台还是说没有，只是先帮我取消72元付款，说再去查。大概半小时后才电话回复我说是房间服务员忘记放了。
第一次遇到如此的国际五星级酒店，还敢号称邵阳市最好，请老板好好给服务员们培训一下

酒店很不错，算是这里最好的酒店了。住酒店可免费游泳，健身，蒸桑拿。晚餐是在酒店吃的，菜价不便宜，但服务好，味道正。
