  性价比较高的一家酒店。地理位置优越，甬金高速下来就到了。虽然靠近马路，但是窗户双层玻璃隔音效果非常好。房间衞生乾净整洁。推荐。

  去乡下探望长者暂住一晚。傍晚抵达除了前台一位女士，整个大堂没有一个服务人员，幸亏我们也没有大件行李需要帮忙。早上去用餐，有两位服务员只顾自己占着一桌互相闲聊不止，都懒得和我们打招呼，大概觉得不就是自助早餐嘛，有眼睛有手就看得懂就自己会拿。虽然这对我没有大影响，可作为本店管理者或许值得了解：你的员工培训得抓一抓。

  房间灯光很暗，就算是绿野森林风格，但总不至于连个桌子或者牀头柜都没有吧，没有也就算了，这么热的天，大半夜的还停电，三点多被热醒，后果就是一晚上没睡好（一般出门玩，晚上总会睡得比较迟），第二天和前台反映，前台还一副爱咋咋地的态度，连个道歉都没有……从来没有碰到过这种服务的酒店……

  位置在甘霖镇的转盘处，进出方便，去镇上吃饭开车大约 3-5 分钟，但房间临街的会比较吵，虽然有双层玻璃，有免费停车场，酒店设施陈旧，没有遮阳帘，早上阳光刺眼，影响睡眠，要个刮胡刀，都是生锈的，开元的高卡无任何待遇，衞生乾净整洁。早餐品种不多。

  房间很一般，设施很破旧 ，是我住过最差的开元名庭，服务也差，服务员送个水到房间，感觉像我欠钱了一样，早餐连个茶水都没有，问就是要到1楼去！早餐20块的标准不能更多了！五一我们花了500块钱定，住出了差3星的标准！
