住的两晚，退房的时候遇到小方巾说洗不干净要"赔钱"这是服务员说的，酒店卫生间淋浴房下水有问题，洗澡只有半边门，洗澡水全部外流，没有地漏水下不去，对于带孩子出门的怕孩子摔跤，用的方巾擦水，有些污渍，也是地面的污渍，退房员看一看就洗不干净，无语…最后拿到前台还是洗干净了，本来开心住店，结果遇到这样的酒店，还 500多一晚，不值

再去神农架一定回去住！酒店会为入住客人安排合适的停车位，大九湖镇酒店停车位在旺季都比较紧张。前台旅游指导都很到位。
