服务差到极点，前台一个短发员工。前天前台答应我麻将室200，隔天到她这里不行，还很不礼貌的语言，实在怒呢找来他们经理，他们经理二话没说，退房又遇到她，依然的那么没有礼貌，我想请问你们请的是你们那个领导的亲戚吗，这种人的服务意识还能做酒店，真不知道你们是怎么想的，我也是做酒店的，本来不想给差评，实在是气到呢。

环境不错，但是服务怎么都看不出来是一个星级酒店的服务，前台一个短发的员工服务意识差到极点，不知道档次这么高的酒店怎么培训员工的

窗外是森林 空气很好，环境也不错，小外甥很喜欢住有浴缸的酒店，为了这个订的这家，没想到很满意，服务很好，姐姐房间无线不好提出后专门又加了个路由器，充电头借用也二话没说，从进酒店开始不论前台还是楼层客服都服务好好，满意，推荐。

酒店很新，也没有不适的味道，订之前看评论以为房间没有Wi-Fi，入住后发现房间是有Wi-Fi信号的
另外酒店环境挺好的，清晨起来窗外就是美景啦，离游客集散中心也非常近
