酒店地理位置很安静，离闹市和当地镇上都很方便。酒店很干净，设施也很齐全。服务员态度亲和，有问题都能及时解决。很满意的酒店。早餐可以改进建议精致些，尤其是给老人和孩子的饮食上，选择较少。特说明一下，酒店对面的有家烤羊参观，大家千万不要去，太坑人，毫无诚信和良心的一家餐馆，点的一份158羊排，硬的连狗都不会吃，像隔了好几天的，一定羊肉味道没有，建议前来的朋友去野人原味，又不远，关键味道好，老板良心做人，不会让你乱点 乱推荐，鱼都是最新鲜的！

酒店还蛮干净的，住的也算舒服，携程上定的时候看图片是有阳台的，也在备注里要求了需要有阳台的房间，旅游嘛，是想住的舒服玩的开心，有阳台的房间在神农架这样的地方观景还是挺不错的，唯一的遗憾，图片与实际的房间不符，以后不要乱用图误导消费者。其他的都还好。
