酒店硬件还行，价格也算合理，并且位置优越，交通、餐饮非常方便。只是软件太差！服务员都是三十岁以上的，没个笑脸，说话冷冰冰的，办理手续、结算慢悠悠、笨手笨脚的，告诉在艺龙订的房间，还问订的什么房间，说电脑上订单看不到房型，我按房型下了订单，你酒店都确认了，竟不知道客人订的什么房型？我晕了！！建议附近有相同条件的酒店就不要选择这家！
