床单破旧，叫服务员换床单就跟没听见一样一句话也不说，最后还是给换了，走廊里没灯服务员躺在休息区沙发上，差点吓出心脏病，最可气的是前台和楼层的电话怎么打都没人接，网上订房说有桑拿票赠送，可是到了前台登记完以后居然提都没有提一下，真心希望是我点背
