酒店位置极好，走路去故宫六分钟，打车去大帅府起步价，好吃好玩的太多了，在方城旅游区的中心附近。小哥哥小姐姐的服务也超级热情，尤其是张琪小哥哥，之前退房发生了点小插曲，他一下就礼貌又热情的解决了^_^，还有前台的小姐姐给我们倒热茶……由于带小朋友，在房间经常点外卖，辛苦打扫房间的小姐姐，超干净的！^_^感谢房间维修电视的工程师！总之，下次还去住????????

两个月前就订好的酒店，这么早订以为酒店给我安排的一定是好房间。没想到却给我安排到最后面转弯的拐角处房间。但房间还比较明亮，两个窗户，见阳光好。这倒也是我喜欢的类型。不过这家酒店打扫房间时间太晚，建议改正一下。有两天沈阳天气比较冷，行程到下午三四点就想回酒店休息一下了。因为外面太冷了，但下午四点钟回去的时候房间依然没有打扫，我只能在大厅沙发上躺一会儿休息一会儿。开始我并没有拍房间照片，我拍的这张房间照片是我在沈阳最后一天早上，我终于忍不住请阿姨能不能给我早点把房间收拾好，我下午可能回来早，想早点休息。阿姨答应了这才下午早早的把我房间打扫了。不然这个阳光明媚的时间点房间根本不可能是这个状态。总之希望能改进一下。还有前台服务员的服务热情度也有待提高一下。每次见到我也没有主动打招呼，笑脸相迎的那种，有点冷淡。希望培训一下。其他都很好：酒店位置，店内环境，房间隔音效果，机器人服务都是一流！愿你们更好

This is our 3rd night with this hotel after we visited Dandong on 12.09.2024. We enjoyed to stay this hotel because it is new & the location just in 200 metres away from Shenyang Palace museum. 200 metres away from metro Huiyuanmen station.
Hotel is clean
Staff is friendly
Location good
We will come back to this hotel if we visit again Shenyang.
