非常不满意，房间卫生都没人收拾，屋子里蚊子太多了，窗户外面还是工地。电梯里也非常不卫生。

位置有点偏僻，周边都是小饭馆，卫生间干湿分离，房间也挺大，还有一个榻榻米的茶室，面积也不小呢，不过短暂停留没有什么用处，房间设施比较新。卫生状况不是太好 ，好在酒店人员能够积极的快速解决问题。服务态度好，服务质量仍需努力提升。

地理位置很好，在苏家屯繁华街区附近，点外卖方便，去美食一条街吃饭也很近，附近还有沉老头包子铺，免费停车特别喜欢。
