客房任大姐、前台佟路路和戴经理 就这仨人服务还不错。总的来说酒店性价比可以 这次到沈住了一周左右。房间设施三星以上 就是员工需要加强服务培训。还有一点 早餐外包的 质量太次了太次了 难吃的一比😣😣

前台服务非常不好特别是短头发的态度非常恶劣！我要投诉！她们还告诉错误的地址！我从来不给商家差评！实在太气人了！我出差！着急要不非得和她们好好理论理论！服务员自己话都说不明白表达不清楚！顾客想问清楚态度就不好了还说些不好听的话！还4星级酒店呢

总评一下：因为亲属结婚，所以定了3间2米大床房7天夜。结果给了一间2米大床房，两间1.6米大床房a。第二天去前台询问，告知和你预定的房型一样。我也是无语。就凑和着住了。感觉受了欺骗。再者带车住酒店还要每晚20元的停车费，较奇葩。住的房间分别是620/826/1126
