服务及环境太一般。问题如下 ：1.晚上11点多电话说压金不足（是前台工作失误），让第二天退房：（；2.第二天去前台解释后，重新作了房卡，但开会后回酒店，打不开门，又从23楼下来重新做卡;3.最夸张的是，第一天入住，准备睡觉，一打开被子，里面跑出只小强：（，太累，没电话投诉。以上句句属实，希望能改进。

卫生条件、酒店服务 较差，房间没有网络，没有吹风机，电视机是模糊的，坐在大堂等结账被清洁工赶来赶去。

酒店很有特色，房间很大，尤其洗手间特别大。位置确实很近北站，但由于门面不在大路上，不是很好找。早餐挺好的，尤其煎蛋，那个师傅水平了得。但房间卫生一般了，由于墙纸，被搞脏后，就很难看，还有那个阳台，基本就是一层灰尘。

位置不错，交通方便。对面是华府天地，吃饭娱乐都很方便。房间干净，电视雪花多。美中不足的是淋浴的水温不稳定，忽冷忽热，希望能改善。

还不错，无功无过吧，地脚挺方便，就是靠近火车站，周围环境还是不怎么样，加上酒店大门不是特别好找，但是在沈阳转车，或是在北站附近办事，这里还是挺好的选择

设施有点旧，而且没有网络，这个蛮失望的。地理位置还是可以的，离地铁也比较近，交通比较方便，房间也比较安静。

给客户定的酒店，据说环境还可以，前台服务也不错告知热水停了，晚上会有！总体不错，北站附近值得推荐！！

前台服务态度不积极，预订时说房间可以上网，但实际所有房间都不可以，还说什么不愿意就退掉。房间地毯好多污渍，洗浴用品很简陋，浴室水温不稳定，电视好多台不是没信号就是显示不清。退房时6:50，前台还在睡觉，还让我等会再来结账！！！！只有早餐还可以，要不是里火车站近，是不会再来了！2006年曾住过一次这家酒店，当时还不错，真的不知道怎么变成现在这个样子！！！

酒店不太好找，光线有些太暗。早餐券第一次没有给，第二次也是问了才给，一岁多的小孩还要10元早餐费。附近都有施工，很吵。
