订的套房，入住时被告知要走到350米远的10号楼，走过去却发现是单间不是套房，打电话问，说可以换套间，但是还要走350米回到15号楼，一咬牙又走回去，大晚上十点多走了快一公里路，路上很黑。终于入住，床头的两个插座却没电，再次打电话求助，来人弄好了，给手机充上电，没一会儿发现手机充电头烧了，不知道是我充电头的问题还是电路的问题。装修不错，却没有护发素和润肤露，总之就是国营特色，很好的硬件却管理不好，服务人员的态度还是不错的，虽然给我搞错了房间，但人都会犯错，倒是没什么
