房间年头长设备老久可以理解，但是房间里没有暖气和地热，仅凭空调取暖，这就有点不能忍了。退房开发票当时来不了要留下公司抬头补开，隔了将近一星期发票才寄到。发票寄到后还是到付，快递资费也比自己查到的价钱贵上将近一倍。很失望不会再选择他家
