位置在步行街，很不错，酒店的设施虽然有点老化但是不影响使用，还送了入住水果，服务很热情，卫生也干净，餐饮很棒，感觉很不错。

从2002年开始入住该酒店（原来叫商贸饭店），就喜欢上酒店温馨氛围。只要来沈阳，都会来此。但近两月的三次入住，就颇感失望啦。2018年圣诞节前入住酒店冰箱饮品免费，第二次入住，冰箱是空的，经沟通后及时送到，我想说的是这次22日来办理入住时，前台特告知我房间冰箱的饮品是免费，结果冰箱里空的。经与相关负责人沟通后，告知我，酒店新规定：只要从网络订房，就算老客户，也没有饮品提供。我表示接受新规定！但过了半小时后该负责人又告知我：只有从携程和艺龙两家订房有饮品，其他网站订房不提供饮品……我当时就无语了，难道携程和艺龙不算网络？区区小事，让我彻底对香格里拉集团的管理大失所望，既然是规定，为何后来说变就变？说法前后不一。所谓细节决定成败……希望管理层能看到。也希望你们越来越好！
