金科大厦地理位置很好，楼下有便利的停车位，适合开车出行的人，宾馆5楼就是餐厅，附近也有很多小吃，离公交车站很近，出行方便。房间干净明亮整洁，是中央空调，很暖和，酒店工作人员热情周到，住起来比较舒心。

酒店就在盛京医院对面，看病很便利。酒店服务人员热情耐心，非常暖心。房间卫生也很干净，温度适宜、比较暖和，每天早晨和中午的餐厅都卖吃的，物美价廉，附近还有美食城，买饭很方便。
