交通区位很好，毗邻市府广场地铁站和卓展购物中心，到沈阳北站也只有5分钟车程，商旅值得推荐，房间还算宽敞明亮，大床弹性很好，电视屏幕也是很大，也有电脑，台灯，电水壶，行李架等生活设施，洗澡热水24小时充足，餐厅在二楼，价格也实惠

离沈阳北站相当近，2号地铁坐到市府广场，D出口，出地铁站右边直走，大约两个红绿灯就到了！站在地铁口就能看到东盛大厦四个字！真心不错！缺点就是没有无线，必须网线，但可以交200押金免费借用路由器！说实话按上也不好用！速度慢的可怕！
