我可以说这是我感觉最差的一次：br1、入住时前台酒店服务员面无表情，一个个僵尸一般，说话僵硬，好像我欠她几毛钱，要个停车票，说只能一次，那说话的语气能把你呛死，我没办法主动笑脸和她说话，看了下胸牌实习生011号；br2、退房时看011还在，就换个服务员，服务态度简直和011有得一拼啊；br酒店管理人员好好培训一下吧，这可是一个星级酒店的脸面。其他房间服务满意，口香糖，晚上回来提前关窗帘。br退房时看桌子上有微笑服务评价卡，感到很可笑，呵呵，以后再也不会辽宁大厦住了，花钱找难受。
