室内灯光昏暗，服务特别差，打电话想专票换普票，前台说要收20元钱，放了20元进信封，等确认收件后打电话索要，一直拖了几天都没收到，反复打电话给到的单号也都是错的，而且寄的还是到付，说之前信封的20元钱是重新开票的钱，至今发票还是没有收到，巨烂的酒店啊

感觉还是快捷酒店舒适，被子热死人，大冬天的打了冷空调，窗户打不开，想换换空气都不行，服务员还是很好的

服务太热情了😅，早餐也丰富，设施看着挺新。就是这种房型的投影设备明显不行，流明太低了，把灯全都关了还是暗，这个设备就不行。其他都不错。
