简直太差了，满沈阳最差的酒店，首先说环境，室内卫生差，我都不敢拍照片！地面、卫生间都脏的没法看，室内设施陈旧破败，再说服务，室内冰箱无电源线，客服人员不给处理，室内马桶是堵的也无人处理，室内中央空调不给开，屋里面跟蒸笼一样，客服告诉我没办法，不能开空调！室内有窗但是玻璃是固定的无法打开通风，床可能是太旧了，翻个身就晃一阵，室内无照明灯，只适合睡觉，想写个东西都写不了，床头灯灯光太弱了根本不能写作！一切的一切简直糟透了，刷低了我对沈阳的评价！

早上8点前被前台客服吵醒，告知没有热水。从早上八点抢修到下午4点半，如此的工作效率堪称四星酒店之冠。如再有此类事件发生，公函到辽宁省旅发委，建议摘牌处理

3月26号热水停止供应10小时；26日下午16点30到27日晨间6时，供水质量一直保持这个状态。如再有此类事件发生，我将第一时间以侵犯公民健康权为由，起诉到和平区法院。
