房间有很大的老房子的味道！身份证明明掉在房间书桌上，放在装房卡的套子里，因为前台办完和房卡一起放在里面的，我没拿出来！离开的时候还看见桌上的卡套，但忽视没有检查。结果等发现打电话到酒店找，客服说收拾房间的时候根本没有看见桌上有卡套！一个晚上哪也没去，身份证长脚跑了？走的时候我眼瞎了？从此拉黑华美达！！！

酒店位置非常好，就在中街边上，周边商场美食非常多，酒店设施很新，环境不错。

交通很方便，离地铁站很近，从北站下车到酒店打车十几分钟的路程，很方便，主要是位置就在中街步行街，离大悦城、刘老根大舞台、故宫都很近。酒店环境不错，很干净，服务也很好，办理入住和退房都很快，房间挺大，卫生间条件也不错，值得入住，下次还会考虑，就是遗憾没有拍照片上传，不过总体来说还是挺满意的。
