入住之后晚上12点多，被蚊子咬醒，给客房服务打电话，我说送个点蚊香，和插排，告诉我让我开门自己去门口的车上面去找！插排不一定有没有，有就给我送，没有就算了！还告诉我那你稍等一会吧，这话的意思就是会很就被？请问！玫瑰大酒店的服务人员就是这么服务的！我入住需要个点蚊香，居然告诉我让我去走廊外面有个车上找！那请问你们酒店雇佣你服务员就是个接电话的吗？之后就让客人自己出门找东西？你们酒店不定期给你们服务培训吗？你们电话都不带录音的嘛？你们质检部门不检查吗？礼貌用语都不会吗？ 你要是说今天满房，没有了实在不好意思我都可以理解！但是你对客人的最起码的礼貌用语都没用上！接电话都不自报家门，比如说我是前台还是哪里，就来句你好！我都不知道打的电话对不对！真是应该给员工好好培训了！最基本的都做不到！之后这个房间自动断电，之后自己又来电，Wi-Fi电视都不好使了，我也是无语了

位置超好、门口是步行衔、有老边饺子馆，距故宫博物院等很近，前台一名服务员拉个脸、服务差。我问她在什么地方停车、她不耐烦的说了一句、我没听懂、再问、她脸色很难看。
