酒店服务人员很热情有问必答，还会帮忙咨询出行问题，服务设施很好，早餐也不错，房间环境干净，卫生。细节做的不错，一共入驻两晚，落下东西，隔天回去很快就给送到房间，下次需要还会选择。拍了两张卫生间的，其他更好，没时间拍

已经在这家店住过很多次了，但是感受是每况愈下…从开始的各方面都很好，到最近一次入住，一言难尽……儿童游戏区不再有书籍，玩具也少了很多，卫生情况也不好，不再会遇到外国小朋友…晚上冷，需要加被子，直接被告知没有被子…这什么态度?!餐厅服务人员，对待外国人和中国人的态度，那就是一个是当大爷供着，对中国人就一脸嫌弃……什么情况啊？这不是中国的国土吗？没出国呢，就被歧视了？要不你就别接待中国住客，纯粹接待外国人!接待中国人，又差别对待!记住，你们是中国人!国人的素质在提升，不要总是一副外国人的鞋都是香的嘴脸!以后不会再来这家住了，价格不便宜，我住五星酒店也不必受这气了！还得看脸色!建议管理者好好培训一下服务人员的爱国情怀吧！
