第一，进屋厨房脏不整洁。
第二，客服前台一问三不知，对我的问题没有任何解决办法。
第三，房间冷没有暖风，并且中央空调不出风，问前台之后告诉我没有解决办法。
我不知道沈阳这家店是怎么评为四星级，并且设施满足不了基本需求好无解决办法，我也是交了钱住的。问前台什么都是我们这里就是这样的，既然这样要打电话给前台有什么用？
