门前接待二的很，客人不让上楼，大厅你就多设一些沙发，总之不匹配这个四星，设施严重陈旧，环境总体感觉还好，真应该学学接待礼仪在上岗。

酒店的设施还可以，位置好，但是前台服务特别差，由于特殊原因没提前预定，到酒店问前台一间标间要400多，告诉酒店说网上没有这么贵，酒店回答说网上是特价房（不是特价谁在网上订呀）现在没有房间了。抱着试试的想法在网上订了两间房，没想到真订到了，可到前台说订单没过来，要我等1小时到1个半小时。无奈之下只好联系客服，客服通过协商告诉最多10分钟就可以，10分钟后再次去前台还告诉没过来，再次拨打客服电话，告诉已经确认，直接去前台报订单号，我直接拿着电话去前台，又告诉现在忙，让我在前台等了10多分钟（客服电话可以作证）最后告诉电脑死机了，又等了一会才给办理，也没有报订单号。
酒店的服务实在是太差了，让人心寒，还四星酒店，不敢恭维。
非常感谢客服的帮助，你们太给力了，没有你们介入估计今天是住不上这个房间了。
