我服了，走廊很暖和，屋里冷的不行，应该是窗户漏风导致。一上午没热水，房扫大姨说正在维修马上就好，等到12点只能凉水洗了把脸。退房的时候前台说你直接走就可以了，走出去5分钟多钟，前台来电话：说碎了个杯子让我赔付10元，态度倒是挺客气。我说不可能啊，我就用杯子喝了口水就放回茶盘了，前台说你好好想一想。要不是着急走我真想冲回去理论理论。唉，膈应，没下回了。

免费升了房型，而且早餐很好吃。比较推荐来希尔顿，服务态度很好，比较专业。如果下次来沈阳的话肯定还会考虑他家
