五一期间去的，住了两晚。
优点：地理位置很好，附近就是故宫 还有中街步行街，买东西吃饭很方便，而且交通便利，房间也很大，东西齐全。
缺点：隔音不是很好，卫生还算可以，个人不喜欢有地毯的房间，因为不好清理细菌比较多，还有就是保洁人员在收拾屋子的时候把我们自己带的两个牙刷扔掉了，虽然就20多块钱的东西，但也想要个说法，结果问了当天的保洁人家还不承认，这个就比较不好了，宾馆的规模看上去也还行，对员工的管理可就不怎么样了，希望这方面能提高一下。

不知道为什么网上这么多好评，感觉完全不符合三星的标准啊，第一，外面二十七八度，室内空调都不开，问了前台说现在都是自然风。我想问哪里有风，住在阳面热死了。第二，门口连个接待都没，不知道车停哪里，得自己下车跑去问前台哪是停车场，然后停车场就是一个胡同。第三，早起放洗脸水全是黄的，放了很久都黄，刷牙都没敢用。第四，没有针线包，没有剃须刀，电吹风只能吹冷风。酒店的优点也有，位置真的很好，一条街都很漂亮，离景点也近。卫生间比较宽敞。
