再也不会用同程艺龙了，这家酒店服务也是奇葩。我给单位两个领导订的179一晚的，备注两个人，而且姓名很明显都是男士的。到最后给我大床房，他说你定的是特价房，大床房标准间我们前台说了算，反正这几天没有标准间。我一想，那我就不住了退房吧。前台说您走可以，今天的房钱已经录入系统了，退不掉了。搞笑呢？我晚上七八点到酒店，办理完上楼发现大床房想下楼退掉他说录入系统了退不出来。呵呵。那我心想一晚上房钱200块钱不要就不要了，找其他酒店好了，可是我还在同程艺龙交了175的押金！如果你不住满你定的天数，它175也不给你！呵呵哒？合计我被你们宰了呗？没标间想退房也要损失400块钱呗？ 我领导说那就加个床吧，这么晚了，前台客服态度那么强硬。前台说可以的，加床一个晚上50，我说好，可是加床你知道长什么样吗？比你脚踝高一点，1米宽吧……好了，已经够不可理喻了，住到第二天，照样看见有人办理标准间，我真的呵呵，前天晚上 说没有标准间，还说往后一周都没有，我们加钱也没。得了，那这后面几天别人办理标准间怎么回事？做生意是这样的欺骗法吗？艺龙返现也是部分返它自己的账户提现需绑定，得了不敢绑你家。感谢领导宽容
