酒店是三胖家开的，餐厅很多服务员来自朝鲜，服务还是很热情的，周一至周五早上八点服务员会在门前跳舞。酒店的位置也不错，从酒店出来很方便坐地铁去沈阳故宫和北陵公园，也有直达公交车去东陵。只是作为四星级酒店，房间有点小。总体来说，性价比是很不错的。

酒店整体设施比较老，虽然免费升级了行政房，但房间仅有几个射灯，非常昏暗，且廊灯是声控灯，一直都有在酒店开廊灯睡觉的习惯，所以很不习惯，优点是卫生间很大。早餐一般，样式比较少，也没什么水果，地理位置离太原街和北站虽然都不远，但也需要打车的远度。总体性价比不高，这个价位就不建议住这了。
