房间挺干净的，收拾也很及时。房间挺宽敞。卫生间和浴室左右干分离。但是那个洗手池有点偶尔会返下水的味道。

现在酒店都可以14:00退房，只有华霖必须中午12:00退房，超时退房必须（卫生/环境/服务/设施）全5星好评+20字以上评论+2张照片，否则不退按金。
办入住时前台就要好评，因为没有开始入住体验，所以我没同意。我13:30退房时因为没有五星好评，所以不退按金。点评本是中肯之言，给住客选择的参考，也是酒店提高自身质量的参照，但强制要求全5星以换延时退房，并用按金威胁，刷好评提高酒店口碑的方式，让该酒店所有的评论没有真实性。
因为住客时间需求才会延迟退房，真正满足住客需求做好服务，无须多言自然会赚到好评和口碑！
