离沈阳站很近，走路3分钟。周边就是太原街购物方便，交通很便利地铁公交都比较方便。对门李连贵熏肉大饼，非常好吃

酒店位于沈阳站左侧，位置很好。军区三星级酒店，但设施老旧，席梦思中间凹陷，钢丝摁背，很不舒服，经交涉，加床厚被铺在床垫上才解决问题。餐厅只供应早餐，没有中餐和晚餐。没有中央空调，浴缸，没有小冰箱等三星级酒店所必备的设施。前台服务员业务有待提高，我已经提前支付了3天的房费，可前台却在电脑系统查不到……

早餐比两个月前丰盛一些了，很不错！但这次客房里有不少“小强”，比较恼人！另外总台服务员没有改进，还是爱答不理的，不大声喊没反应，人不少（小小的总台有四个人），客人来了从不主动招呼，装没看见，非要火大了大喊才过来结算！不知道这酒店是怎么管理员工的！去了那么多地方住宾馆，但凡是国营的都一个德行！

酒店还不错，宽敞、干净，有早餐但比较简单，只能算凑合，前台服务员有的业务不熟练，在三楼餐厅吃了餐饭，价格不便宜，炒个青菜都要20多，点了个传统锅包肉，价格超贵（38元），还做得很难吃，色、味、口感都很差，不如外面小饭店做的！
