离沈阳北站非常近，服务态度一般，走廊有地毯，隔音，但是走廊很黑暗，房间设施老旧，卫生还可以，热水要放很久才有，床头没有灯开关，充电口就在桌子那有一个，挺不方便的。门没有防盗链，整体挺安静的。
