酒店位于市中心，但是硬件设施一般，细节上服务与南方同类酒店相比有差距：1、服务员下午会送西瓜和早餐卷到房间，但是没有考虑到顾客在内睡觉的情况，吓了我们一跳；2、刚开始入住的时候，洗手间漏水，服务员明显是知道这个情况的，但是刚开始不愿意给我们更换房间；3、前台可能很忙，当我们打电话过去的时候，一个男的前台服务人员，连话都没有听我们说完，就挂断了电话，态度生硬，显得很不礼貌；4、热水器的排水管布置不合理，直接从墙壁连下来，直接指向浴缸，让人感觉不太好；5、床单不干净，我们入住的时候，床单上有头发，同事的床单是直接要求服务员更换的，感觉卫生没有仔细检查；6、家具有味道，缺乏足够的通风时间。唯一值得表扬的是前台的几个女服务员，我们去咨询的时候，还是很客气的。

酒店位置很好，大帅府就在隔壁，到故宫步行也就10几分钟，距我们想去的小南教堂也就2站地。周围好吃的也很多，老好吃春饼，李连贵熏肉大饼，都在步行范围内。方便我们在一天时间游完了帅府、故宫和小南教堂！
房间干净，性价比高。酒店服务非常好，入住当晚因窗户锁扣有问题，维修师傅上下三趟连夜修好了，很感人！入住政策人性化，下午1：30退房即可，还可以在酒店点餐免费送到房间用。
真心推荐啊！

酒店离故宫和大帅府都比较近，交通便利，闹中取静，房间干净，设施一般，相比同档次酒店，性价比很高。服务员很热情，酒店有餐厅，下次还会入住。

位置不错，有停车场。房间空调是坏的也不告知。这样的房间还让客人住太不应该了。
