酒店设施很一般，卫生间比较差劲，
另外酒店私自给我调房间（预订三天商务标间，最后一天给我更换为三人间），还说是网上客服没有通知我，事后我跟客服咨询过，客服说如果真是调房间的话，必须是由网上客服亲自跟我联系，绝对不可能由酒店跟我说调房间，说明酒店存在问题。
酒店卫生间的味道很不好，房间空气味很浓。
还有调换房间后，房间没有路由器，早上跟前台反映后，前台答应当天给补增一台，等晚上回房间一看，根本没有，跟前台联系后，前台说酒店工作人员跟房间客人联系了，客人退房了不用增加了，很奇葩的回答，我是房间的客人，根本没有人跟我联系，不知道谁在说谎？在我的坚持下，前台及该层楼服务员拖延了好久之后，晚上八点多钟，才有人来给调换路由器。首次入住的体会很不开心。
