  酒店挺好的！前台女服务员从入住办理到退房，以及做钥匙打不开门，全程黑脸！声音小的客人脑袋都快伸到柜台里面了都听不清她说啥！俩人入住，我拿俩身认证，俩人的核酸检测报告！竟然就直接登记一个人的，另外一个人等在柜台边上啥手续没办理！防疫啊！酒店咋想的聘用这样的员工！
