酒店房间设施有问题，退房的时候强扣顾客，难道入住酒店时，要将房间里的设施全部检查一遍才可以么？冬天空调吹冷风，冻感冒，虽然在开发区周边算还可以的酒店，没啥竞争对手，也希望能够改善管理和服务。
