非常好，房间是公寓性质的。装修很新，位置很好。对面就是卓展，下楼走300米就是地铁。以后去沈阳还会再订的。

性价比不高，卫生间味道特别大，下水道的味道弥漫整个房间，前台效率超低，入住退房需要很久，停车不方便，早餐几乎啥也没有，不值这个价钱
